I hate aunt flow...A good way to bring a person down. I don't get to bad of cravings and if I do I just keep it in moderation. I usually gain a couple lbs as well from water retention and I feel so boated iikk..I just tell myself that once its over I will return to my normal weight!

The 30 day shred did amazing things for me! No didn't see a weight difference but soooo much more toned. My arms look so much better and I am a lot stronger. I lost inches around my arms,legs, and waist! I couldn't do a push up to save my life before and now I can do like 10 to 15 in a row.. I recommend it!

I went for a run today even after I drove to the area where I was going to run and finding out my ipod was dead =/ I HATE THAT

I changed my goal from trying to lose a lb a week to half a pound a week and thats what it changed me to

Thanks everyone! I actually have lost 21lb since I started this journey and have lost 11 since I joined MFP. My calorie goal started out at 1200 but I was having a hard time with it. I got to a point where I was staying the same so I increased my calories to 1450. I started out going to the gym doing 20-30 min of cardio…

30 day shred does not target just arms but I noticed a big difference after i finished it!

I have friends but no "best friend"....The one that I thought was my best friend slowly drifted away =/ It bums me out on days that I want to go shopping, go to the beach, or just hang out...

Senior Nursing student here!! Graduating in May with my B.S in nursing and I am so excited =) I commute 50miles each way to school a couple times a week so this weight loss thing has been a major challenge for me..

5"1 here!! My heaviest was 143 EEKK! and I reached my first goal of 125 (actually 124.6) I am thinking I would like to go down to 120 and be more toned then I am now!! Everyone seems to notice a couple lb gain but not many have noticed I have lost almost 20 lbs =/

Just my opinion but I think 1200 cals is too low for a 15 year old girl.. (She is still growing)

I am 22 and 5'1 My highest was 143 and I am currently 124...There is no way I would look good being 100lb..I may even look to skinny at 115..Everyone is different.
