I would get them every spring when track would start up. I would ice them for 20 minutes before I ran and after. You can also run every other day. I am not sure if you run on cement but if you do, try to run on the dirt or softer surfaces.

Hi ladies! My name is Katie and I am going to be 23 in 2 days. :) I have been with my husband for 6 and a half years (high school sweethearts) and dated for 3, married for 3 and a half. My husband is in the Army and we are on our 2nd deployment! We are 6 months into this one and I will see him in 10-ish days for R&R! Yay!…

I have the Polar FT4! I love it, it counts calories burned and has a chest strap. And it was on sale on Amazon.com for only 66 dollars, originally 90! Just make sure if you get it to hit the start button twice, I made that mistake the first time I used it and it just told me my heart rate and didn't record anything.

I would definitely stay away from anything else with caffeine in it. I started taking GNC Active vitamin pack and since they have caffeine in them I had to cut all other caffeine out. I was a jittery mess. On the vitamin pack I just started walking and cut calories I lost 7 pounds in 4 weeks.

I am 22 and I have been on this site a few months and lost 12 pounds :) My goal is 25 pounds. Almost half way there. I mostly just cut the calories, now I am working out. (after I lost the depressing jiggle) I was eating around 3000 calories a day and not exercising at all. Now I am on track :) Good luck! If you stick with…

I use Be-Buff protein powder from GNC. It is designed for women, helps boost metabolism and helps your nails, hair and skin. If you get a shaker cup with the blender ball inside it is pretty good.. Not gritty. I like the chocolate kind, I mix it with a cup of milk and it tastes just like chocolate milk!

Make it into a frozen shake 1 cup of frozen or fresh fruit (strawberry's or bananas) 1 scoop of protein powder (or recommended amount) 1 cup of milk Hope this makes it edible.

When I was in middle school my friends mom put lemon juice on them. The still turn a little brown. But not as bad as if the didn't have it. And, BONUS, the lemon juice was on the apple was really yummy.
