I do legs 2 days a week and do both both days. Squats first Day 1: back squats and Romanian dead lifts Day 2: front squats and sumo dead lifts

Start eating later in the day so you have more cals for snacking at night...works for me :)

i do high(er) carb days on workout days. I'll try to have 40-50% carbs that day.. oats, bread, rice, quinoa etc. for low carb days i usually only have a small starchy carb in the morning then the rest of the day is lots of veggies. i do around 40% fats and 40% protein. fats are lots of nuts, avocado, coconut oil, goat…
