I cook up some old fashioned oats add cinnamon and 1 (tiny) scoop of kal stevia, walnuts and banana and pour unsweetened almond milk over the top. still my favorite, but also have it with 1 or 2 tblsp of tap an apple spread, and a tsp of cinnamon and a spoonful of peanut butter, topped off with almond milk0

Usually honey, but I put in a teaspoon of cocoa powder the other day - that was yummy. I also like fruit compote / yoghurt in it.0

30 grams rolled oats
100 ml almond milk
1 grated apple
1 tsp ground cinnamon
few strawberries
30 minutes in an oven.... SOOOOOOOOO YUMMY:)0 -

I love steel cut oats. I have been on a kick lately of putting 1T cocoa powder and 1T extra virgin coconut oil in mine. Yummy!!!!:flowerforyou:0

I use McCann's Irish Oatmeal and add cinnamon and diced apple. If I use milk at all it's usually Soy Slenda.0

I cook steel cut oats with water, then drizzle honey, add sliced banana and almonds. So good. Some great ideas on this thread, will have fun working through them!0

Walnuts, berries, sometimes a drizzle of honey. I use steel cut oats...to me they have a much better, nutty flavor than rolled or quick oats.0

I like to toss steel cut oats in the crock pot with some cinnamon, tiny pinch of brown sugar, a packet of truvia, diced apples, almond milk and water! Sometimes I'll just mix the oats with a scoop of my shakeology, almond milk and water but not often.0

I get the sugar free or weight conscious maple and brown sugar (trying for lower cals/carbs) and make mine with water, add a tablespoon of mini chocolate chips right now. Its 170 cals/28 carbs.0

I put a sliced banana, half scoop of vanilla protein powder and a tbsp of light peanut butter. I'm seriously full till the afternoon.0
