Every month.......My pants were literally falling off as I walked. I had to. I bought two pair a few weeks ago. A week or two after buying them they were too big. I mean I can still wear them, and I do, they are just nice and baggy. lol I plan on really going shopping when I hit my goal.

its easier to STAY motivated when you surround yourself with motivated people! That is the biggest reason I left the womens gym I was a member at for a larger gym. I pay more yeah, but there are always people there working out really head. Motivates me to be like them! :)

Ive played around with it. Ive tried more of this, less of that etc. My body seems to really like carbs so I have had to up my complex carbs; fats are ok. If I go above what I set Im ok, but I always try to hit those grams as a minimum. Im not super strict on myself! Once I hit my Body fat % goal I will play with it some…

I just see so many posts regarding calories and making sure they stay under their daily allowance. I mean I could eat half an outback cheese fries and hit my 1500-1750 cal for the day! But wheres the protein? Healthy fats? Plus, Id be starving after 2 hours! lol

And THIS is why I hate restaurants. I think they says its so high cause of all the salt they add. I got to a restaurant and get STEAMED broccoli and asparagus and it has a hand full of salt on it. I mean come on!!! They all turn something healthy into something horrible.

I cheat 1-2x a week. I may have a pumpkin spice latte, AND a cheat meal. Or two cheat meals. Keeps me from getting off track.

I have the long legs problem too!!!!! Luckily I found jeans from my thinner days that I am currently wearing. Its one pair and some purple skinnies. Ill buy more later. But I have to dress up for work so I keep going to dresses and leggings than anything else!

Do plan on using a chest strap too? I recommend the Garmin Vivifit. Its what I use daily. Every one thinks it is a watch since I keep it on the TIME setting most of the day.

Thanks yall, I dont eat too much dairy. I used to. I am going to try to add in some greek yogurt. I had some of my husband vanilla greek yogurt last night. I feel good today!

Yes. My coworkers joke on me. I got a fruit platter from them instead of a birthday cake LOL Its all good though. I dont care. Im not a freak about it in my opinion but I do try. I have goals and everyone around me knows this.

I like challenges, I like winning challenges lol Im competitive by nature so I entered the 90 challenge at my gym. That keeps me going. I have 2 1/2 weeks left to bust my tail. I also surf the crap outta pinterest and instagram. Seeing all the bodies that look how I want mine to look is a huge motivation for me. Pounds…

Instagram is great for watching a quick how to video on any exercise. There are a 100s of fitness pages you can follow. You can also see if your gym gives you a free demonstation on how to use equipment correctly.

I take shredz fat burner before I work out and around 4-5pm in the evening for some energy. Its not a literal fat burner, none of them are but they do increase your energy which gives you the energy to workout out especially if you workout after work/ school.

An hour of cardio....I hate cardio! If you start lifting some weights, using some weight machines you will gain muscle which burns fat and more calories on a day to day basis.

Im in! Im about to end my first 12 week challenge with my gym. In 9 weeks I have lost 9.5% of my body fat! I am looking to drop to 17%. I am currently 24.8%! So 7.8% more to go!!!!! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have it lost by Jan 1!!!!

Not sure on the app but if you get a heart rate monitor with chest strap youll know exactly what your burning. Well more accurate than the machine tells you! I wear one. I love it. Obsessed with it actually. I get sad when I forget my chest strap lol

Protein shakes! thats my saving grace! I know that at the end of the day I get a chocolate or chocolate peanut butter shake! :) Dark chocolate is also good, you can eat 5 dark chocolate kisses for 100 cal!

Not trying to sound mean.......but do you eat real food? Like Chicken, Turkey, fish, veggies? I see a lot of bars and grab-n-go.... If you start meal prepping your food you will lose a lot of sodium.
