I eat roughly 40P, 30F, 30C.

4:30-5am- alarm goes off 5:15am- leave house with gym bag and food for the day 5:50-7am - gym time (little cardio, mostly weights) 7-7:50- shower and ready for work at gym 8am- Arrive at work.

TDEE says I have to eat 2340 cal a day to maintain..... Holy Crap. Im going to try but honestly its going to be really hard for me to eat that much every day that I workout. I workout 6-7 days a week.

5'9 here. Started out at 179 size 12 170 size 10 162 size 8ish -> Kinda skipped this size. 156 size 6ish 150 Currently size 4/6 depending on the brand

See, I love water so I easily drink 100-140oz a day. I also workout so I drink almost half while I am working out. The only time I dont get enough is when I am running errands on the weekends.

shrimp? Turkey? You can make meatloaf with the turkey. Also turkey burgers. Chicken stirfry with broccoli slaw and light soy sauce. Tacos on lettuce leaves. I follow a lot of fitness people on instagram and they are always posting high protein low everything else recipes.

I am in that right now. I havent checked the scale for a few days but last I checked I was 3-4 lbs away from my goal.. But it took me over a month and a half to lose those 6-7 lbs! I also kinda cheated all November so I only lost like 2 lbs LOL

ABS!!!!!! lol and toned everything. Basically to look like a fitness model. I have a wayyssssss to go! LOL

It took me a month to visual see any changes. I had to take photos to tell. But I lost weight lifting weights so I was also gaining muscle so the scale wasnt changing that much at first.
