Do you Count Calories or Macros?
I count my macros. As long as my macros are in check Im not too worried about the calories. I am trying to gain muscle and lose fat so I eat a very high amount of protein compared to most. BLOAT!!!!! Its annoying. I hate it. Make it stop!
Who else bloats like crazy during the day. UGHHHHH!!!!! I drink plenty of water. 90-120 oz a day. I eat 90% clean. I know most days I dont get enough fiber, but Im not sure that will help.
