I want a toned stomach area...I mean who doesn't.
Ladies that have abs or almost abs, do you know your body fat%?
My body fat is 22% right now. Just wondering around how much more body fat I need to lose to start seeing abs. I know everyone is different and body shapes play a big part too. I want to put together a goal for myself.

What constitutes as abs to you? Like 6 pack or?
I'm about 18%. I know competition wise women get down to sub 15%. It really depends on genetics, personal preference on what you're willing to dip to before potential hormonal issues could arise from dipping too low. I've always wanted a six pack but I don't have the volume on my abs. I kind of decided I wasn't willing to really worry about it, as genetically, I hold more fat on my lower stomach and I'm pretty happy with what I have currently.
Some women can have a six pack at 20%/some have to cut pretty hard.0 -
I see my upper ones around 21%, according to my calipers, but I don't carry any weight around my ribcage. The lower ones, I have to be down to 18% or lower and even then it more just looks flattish, because that little ring of fat above my hips is one of the last things to go. But I don't do much strength training either and I'm not especially fit, so I don't expect to ever really see the lower ones much.
I'm 5'4" and about 118 pounds right now, my calipers claim 19.5% body fat, and I can see the upper ones pretty clearly and the lower ones not at all right now, if that puts it in perspective.0 -

I can see mine at 23%, but they look best below 18%.0 -
