I eat around 110-150g a day. I eat eggs, egg whites, protein powder, chicken, turkey, fish, beef.

116 days, 19.6 lbs .16lbs a day.

Some days I find it hard to eat 1200 cal total!! I eat really healthy and make all my meals so its hard for me. Today I plan on eating 10 times and Im not even hitting 1200.

I dont eat it.... They all know I dont eat that stuff but they bring it in anyway. Today, they brought in Starbucks coffee and pastries....I only had the coffee.

Well, I only weigh myself in the mornings. EVERY MORNING. Its your truest weight. I gain 2-4 lbs a day by eating and drinking a crap ton of water.

You wont lose 20 lbs in a month. Youll be lucky to lose 10. It takes time to gain, and it takes time to lose. If you cant make your own food i recommend going on pinterest and finding healthy dorm room recipes. Find what fits into your calories and macros and make that.

I did it.........I started out at 34.3% bf Aug 1. Today Oct 21 (11 weeks later) I am 22.8% bf. A 11.5% bf loss in two and a half months. I have lost 13.2 lbs.

I walk on my lunch break. Its like 20 mins but its still not sitting on my butt, I also take a lot of breaks at work.

I love bananas, apples, pears mostly. I ate an entire "family pack" of sliced apples today LOL

It doesnt even come close! haha Imma tell ya right now I will NOT weigh 155.1 in 5 weeks unless I completely stopped lifting weight and only did the treadmill. Id easily lose 10lbs of muscle!

Watch People. There are also pictures on the machines how to use them. Start off with the lightest weight and go up if you can. :)

I do use. Not sure if they really work or not. If its a placbo affect awesome! At least something is working. I will get off them when I run out in about a month. I will continue to eat how I eat and workout how I work out and see if anything changes.
