My friend picked it up and says it's really good for her. She's a bit of a sugar and carbohydrate addict. It works on 4 17 week cycles to re-train you how to eat I think. I don't know the details but I think she is doing well on it!

Hey, Are you getting 1200 net a day? That is to say you are eating 1200 calories plus whatever you are burning? Cause otherwise you may not be feeding your body enough and so it's holding on to the lbs you want to lose. Also be sure to drink plenty of water and watch your salt. Good health to you! Molly08

OMG, this is a complete inspiration to me!! I trying to lose over 100lbs and sometimes it feels overwhelming! I too am just taking it one day at a time and just accepting my new lifestyle and trying to embrace life!!! Congrats. You are just fabulous :o)
