I have started with a program called Chalean Extreme (I am not affiliated with beach body in any way). It is a program that builds muscle over 3 months. It is a bit pricey and requires you to have free weights at home but I have found that it is working for me. I self professed exercise hater. I actually love this one :o)

I have a couple guy friends with zero sexual tension or thoughts but they are also seeing some of my closest friends and I love them like brothers. If you are both single then no dice. One or the other (or both!) is definitely thinking/wanting things to go further. I've learned this the hard way.

Could I be stalling out then for eating too little (1300-1400)? Seems wacky considering calories in vs calories burned. But I'm willing to believe it at this point

Congrats on the weight loss thus far. I would stick with it. It could be your body is in "shock" and is holding on to the weight for that reason. Keep it up buddy.
