ChaLean Extreme Results- Phase 1

Chalene Extreme Update:
So I'm done with Phase 1. I wasn't perfect but I worked hard to get nearly all the workouts in (on time).

Results:
Weight loss 4lbs in 4 weeks (meh!)
Inches lost: 9" over my body thus far
New habits: Up at 5:30 am and exercise 5x a week
Hoping to see even more awesomeness in month #2. The workout was way more intense, I know I'll be sore, but I'm excited to see what will happened with my mind, body and spirit!
