Beginners strength training workout

Could you please suggest a strength training workout for me that I can do at home? Either written instructions, preferably with pictures, or an exercise video? (Not instructional videos.)

    I have started with a program called Chalean Extreme (I am not affiliated with beach body in any way). It is a program that builds muscle over 3 months. It is a bit pricey and requires you to have free weights at home but I have found that it is working for me. I self professed exercise hater. I actually love this one :o)

    Thanks for these! I have Power 90 DVDs in the house, and some other Tony Horton ones, but I think those are too hard for me; not sure if Chalean is harder, will check it out.

    Whoever suggested Fitness Blender, thank you! I did the Tank Top Workout which is only 10 minutes, and part of the Upper Arms, Back, and Chest ones yesterday. Those are a little hard for me but I think I can work up to them. The instructions are great and not annoying.
