I am so grateful to my friend for introducing me to the ChaLean Extreme program. Turns out I like working out :o) I just needed the right trainer/motivator/exercise routine. Since I've started this program (and now have completed 1/3) I've been searching high and low for what I'd like to try next! I know I don't love Jillian's workouts and definitely don't want to do those ones in the near future. I've read about a lot of different types of workouts and am really drawn to the beachbody ones. So after much time spent reading reviews and learning about all sorts of at-home workout programs I've landed on another one by Chalene Johnson. It is called Turbofire and it looks pretty intense. I took a full 2 weeks to think on it and be sure (so as to not just impulse buy an expensive program) and I'm pretty set on it. I ordered it today so I wouldn't chicken out. Hopefully I get myself into some reasonable shape by the end of ChaLean Extreme so I can enjoy the intense workouts :O) I'm pumped and had to share!

Any tips/advice? Any success stories you can share? I'm really excited to start it after ChaLean Extreme :O)

She's bring out a new one soon based on Pilates on yoga. I'm afraid ii found a Turbofire very 'samey'. There's a lot of kick boxing moves, but if you like that, you'll be fine.

I've heard it's a nice hybrid of kickboxing and dancing. I here people become addicted to it... here's hoping!! :o)
