Advice for newbie cyclist
I bought myself a Schwinn 26" conversion RK mountain bike! I am hoping to be able to use it fairly regularly and eventually view it as a fun activity rather then just exercise. New and relatively easy routines?
Hey guys! I'm looking to start easy (ie low set up cost) and relatively easy (I'm very obese) new fitness routines. I regularly get my dog out for a walk but that is the extent of my exercise regime. I tried snowshoeing today and really liked it (hard but that was okay!). Suggestions?

Sorry for the redundant post. I am a little confused. MFP suggests I eat 1400calories a day to lose 2lbs a week. But my BMR is 1930calories a day. So I was wondering if maybe 1400calories is too large of a deficit? Thanks in advance!!
