Hello,
So I've been successful on this website before. I managed to lose 70lbs... Unfortunately I gained a bunch back (no excuses, I know where I went wrong and I know I have rectify my gain and get back on the path I was on). I don't have money for a gym right now. I have been speed walking 30minutes a day as of right now. I also think I'll start doing the biggest loser workout kinect game too. But I was wondering if anyone had a good/solid strength training regime that only uses your own body weight? (I have small dumbells too). I can dedicate up to an hour a day in my schedule for this.
Thanks so much. I appreciate the input
