I've officially done week 1 of 12 of ChaLean Extreme.

I don't think I'm feeling any of the positive effects just yet. I'm sore (muscles feel well used), I'm tired (I get up at 530-545 every morning) but I am sticking to it. I want to see the positive effects this eating right/good exercise will have on my body. I'm nervous because I will only weigh-in once a month for the next 3 months -but- I believe that if I follow through with this then I am bound to see the good results!

I stuck it out. I am proud :o)
