It's been too long since I've become very dedicated weight loss 100%. I'm happy to say that I truly believe I"m 110% committed!
Now I have a question:
-I'm happy I am losing weight. I've lost 5lbs in 8 days I'm feeling really great about this but know that I will stall eventually as a lot of initial weight loss is water weight. Does anyone what percentage of BW can be loss via water weight (ie if you are 200lbs you have max 10lbs worth of water weight?) I just want to know when my weight loss is "true" weight loss.
I am starting at 251lbs. I am eating 1500-1800 calories. I am doing ChaLean Extreme and walking my dog for exercise. I am drinking lots of water. Does this seem right?
Thanks )

a few pounds at most of water weight is associated with glycogen stores that get depleted initially.0

A healthy weight loss is .5–2 lb. per week.

It seems like a good plan to me. I always advise to eat as much as possible while still losing weight. The higher your intake, the more room you'll have to make adjustments down the road if you hit a plateau. It'll just take a few weeks to figure out what your optimal calorie range is for weight loss. Just do not go below 1200 calories/day. Your body needs fuel to function properly.
