Sorry for the redundant post. I am a little confused. MFP suggests I eat 1400calories a day to lose 2lbs a week. But my BMR is 1930calories a day. So I was wondering if maybe 1400calories is too large of a deficit? Thanks in advance!!

Congratulations on your success so far. Since you still have more than 100 lbs to lose, it's less dangerous for you to eat under your BMR than someone with only 10 lbs to lose, for instance. However, that doesn't mean you want to eat 1400 calories. Losing weight that fast can be very dangerous. You can lose muscle, bone density, become anemic, etc. And the quicker you lose, the more likely you are to gain it back.
Everyone here wants you to continue to be successful. If you are satisfied on 1400 calories, don't feel hungry, don't have late-night binges, eat all your daily protein and fiber and vitamins, then go for it. BUT THE SECOND your mood goes wonky or you don't have the energy to walk a couple miles or lift weights, then FOR GOODNESS SAKE, eat more than 1400. Your TDEE right now is somewhere around 2400, according to MFP. So that means you can eat up to that per day AND STILL LOSE WEIGHT. Many people here would advise you to eat no less than TDEE-30%. Which for you is about 1680. Still below your BMR, but much more satisfying than 1400.
What does your doctor say about your caloric intake?0
