Hello all,
I have recently quit weight watchers (it was no longer really working for me) and I think part of it is due to the fact that I no longer love the point system. It was great for me while it lasted but I'm looking for something different. So I was wondering if anyone had any experience with simply for life. It's pricey but if it works then I think it's worth it. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks!!

Crazy question, but have you tried just counting calories? That is what MFP is designed for and how most of us on here have lost weight. I lost 30 pounds and have maintained that loss for well over a year all by just plain old calorie counting and it hasn't cost me a dime.

I agree with melsinct. Why not try counting calories/doing portion control? Make this a habit and lifestyle change, and you're more likely to stick with it. I used to be totally intimidated by counting calories and thought it would be a huge pain in the *kitten*. It can be a huge pain in the *kitten*, but it's not as difficult as one might think, and it works. Maybe snoop arounf MFP for a bit and give that a go before spending money on a program.

I've used MFP for a couple years now. I feel like I need more structure. Also. I've stalled out some.
