Hi Ashley, My name is Vicky, I've just joined aswell. I'm in a similar situation to you, I have Endometriosis which is also being triggered by the things I eat, so that's why I am starting on my weight loss and healthy eating journey. I've reduced gluten as that really brings on the pain and i'm about to stop dairy aswell…
