Hi, i'm Ashley.
Age-23
Height- 5 foot 2 inches
weight lost so far- 27.something, i call it 28
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at age 14 and have been fighting with it since. A few months ago i found out that the pain (for me ) was triggered by certain foods and that started the weight loss journey. I have to avoid gluten ( makes me super sick), some types of sugar (its weird, but some bother while some don't). I'm working on lowering sugar intake, but as a former junk food junkie i'm going slow.
This last month has been a super slow loss month. I think Its due to a novice mistake of eating too little, and i've bumped my calories up to 1500. I feel much more satisfied with that amount. Hopefully it helps the loss get back on track once my body gets used to it.
I've already found some posts that have been super helpful.

My name is Vicky, I've just joined aswell.
I'm in a similar situation to you, I have Endometriosis which is also being triggered by the things I eat, so that's why I am starting on my weight loss and healthy eating journey. I've reduced gluten as that really brings on the pain and i'm about to stop dairy aswell and the weight loss will hopefully reduce the pain too.
