I'm in my 2nd year of uni and trying to completely rid myself of the 20+ lbs I gained while living on campus in first year (that damn cafeteria food!). So far I've lost about 10lbs, but I still have a ways to go!

I did W2D1 yesterday and took it really slow (jogging pace) and found it pretty good! The hardest part for me was that it was pouring rain out haha. I don't have a treadmill so I have no idea how fast I run. I'm thinking tomorrow of stepping up my pace a little bit and seeing how that goes!

Thanks for the suggestions and input guys! dried fruit! A lot of dried fruit we buy in the store has added sugar and sulphites, so my mom and I do our own. Its way healthier for you and I find it tastes way better too! Its a bit labour intensive but totally worth it.

Me too! current weight: 170. I am 5'11". I want to weight 160 by Christmas (and not put it all back on over Christmas!)
