                I'm going to start Strong Lifts. I need/crave more strength and never done it, but heard/seen excellent results.

                ^Agree^ Yes, don't neglect legs. OP, Maybe for starters it's okay (I bet you can do better). No exercise is totally useless. Depends on your goals.

                Never. Just the non-emergency number to complain of thugs in my old neighborhood :grumble: they have radar because by the time po-po rolled around they were hiding and soon as they pull away they came back out.

                Sometimes I count them. I was surprised by some and sodium. Not a big deal tho.

                They say to stick to the outline of the store: produce, grocers freezers, meat, dairy areas. Then strategically go get other necessities. Never go hungry.

                I've seen that! I think it's a great idea. My also inspire others. My husband plants veggies in oddball spots in the yard. If we grow them in our front yard I can see the neighbors picking our veggies.

                Racks are best! But you can get good use out of a Smith machine (at least I have) in addition to rack work. ETA: If I'm at a facility with only a Smith (prob cause of liability) I will use it shamelessly and without issues.

                I do it myself. Pretty good at it, too. I trusted someone to wax my mustache (faint one, lol) at a salon and that ***** hurt me! Had bumps on my upper lip! From now on it's just me waxing myself!

                But that's when they're comfy and broken in! :laugh: It offends me when people tell me they 'prefer' my hair straight. It breaks my heart when my naps are unloved :cry:

                I set MFP to lightly active and allow Fitbit to adj the rest. My actual activity is between light - moderate.

                I weigh after. It's easier (for me) and I didn't see much of a difference as I've tried it both ways.
