You girls are amazingly strong, there are many of you that not only lift heavier than I do ( Ive just started lifting in November) but you left heavier than about half the guys I see at my gym. seriously. WAY TO GO.

I think that you could utilize the unflavored whey in any of the recipes, especially one that already has a strong flavor base componet such as the pumpkin or banana fluffs. or in the meringue drop cookies if you make them chocholate by adding the cocoa powder.

by eating roughly, do you burn more calories? when I was bulking, I was eating 3,000 on work out days, 2,600 on rest days I am now eating 2600 on days I work out and 2000-2100 on rest days, we shall see how this works.

Much more protein and more fat, remember that fats don't make you fat, excess calories make you fat. Dietary fats are extremely important to your health. Aim for 1 gram of protein and .35 grams of fat per lb of lean body weight as a minimum and fill in the rest as you please.

When I was 14 and at a boy scout camp, it was our groups turn to ride horse, and there was only the pony left and I was told that I was too heavy for the pony and If I wanted to come along I could walk and lead the animal with its halter. I was 180 lbs.
