When I first started losing weight and was going at it full throttle and trying to cut everything out, I was averaging 20-30 grams of dietary fat a day and I was freezing constantly. Half Way Point. Lost another full lb, for a total of 6.5 lbs. Lost another 1/2 inch off of stomach while biceps and thighs stayed the same. BF calculation based on http://usmc.pftcalculator.com/ 17.9% which is down 5.09% since start.

little lower on calories today to balance out with the 2 out of control days. Staying around 2k today and had to throw in some PB to get my fats up. its all good.

End of week three today, lost an additional 1.3 lbs for a total loss of 5.5 lbs in 3 weeks hit the gym this morning for Madcow 5x5 week 3 day 3 Squats, Bench, Pendlay rows Dips pull ups chinups tricep extensions 20 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill

This is quite accurate, I did make suggestions for making it more " calorie friendly" but I made and consumed the full fat version last night. I knew what I was making for dinner and I just left room for it, even had butter on my roasted sweet corn.

some of the reduced fat / fat free cheeses have as much as 3x protein as the full fat versions, I use them in specific applications to tweak the macros of a dish while still giving flavor and texture.

Light run this morning, was gonna do 6-10 and barely did 6. I felt akward as a duck, I couldn't get my feet to coordinate with my brain. half hour of 6mph jog, then 1 minute sprint intervals home. Madcow 5x5 heavy day tomorrow.

pushing forward. Madcow 5x5 Squats, Standing Press and Deadlifts. followed by 3x8 weighted situps. no specific cardio, but spending all day doing yard clean up, hauling wood, cutting brush and general clean up for fall. coming to the end of week three of my cut, still plenty of energy and not much urge to binge or cheat…

just fine, thus far, but of course I deloaded to start madcow. I hit my previous pr lifts again in about 2 weeks. Ive been taking advantage of the lighter weights and focusing on the negative movement and perfecting form.

5x5 Squats, Bench press, Pendlay Rows followed by 2x8 stiff leg deads in lieu of weighted hypers, and 4x8 weighted situps. quick 10 minutes of HIIT Fast till noon. Getting it done.

Dude, we are nearly the same weight, the same height. You definately have more mass than I do, judging from your pictures and your measurments, probably 10-12 more lbs of muscle than Ive got?

life gets in the way some times. but I decided about 6 months ago that family comes first, and I would rather spend an extra day cutting at the end than be stressed out about food and miss out on precious Family moments. Nice work.
