what is sushi? just kidding. I stick mostly to sashimi and Nigiri because its simple and delicious, but also easier to calculate than them crazy maki rolls stuffed with everything under the sun!!!!!

My polar FT-7 cosistently gives me 30-35% higher calorie burns than MFP's calculations. I do not "eat back" exercise calories, so it doesn't affect me that much. just find it intruiging.

thanks for all the tips guys. I think the video perpective is a little funky the bar is not on my neck the top of the bar sits even with or just below my shoulders and I keep my elbows close together and press the bar into my back to hold it there. I will continue to work on my hip drive. and core strength. Thanks again.

The key is that your only doing 3 lifts a day, 3 days a week. 5x5 squats followed by either 5x5 bench press and 5x5 pendlay rows or 5x5 standing over head press and 1x5 deadlift

If you don't want to eat "burned" calories, then use a tool such as the Katch McArdle formula to calculate your tdee, then subtract 10-20% and eat this everyday and don't worry about what you burn with exercise. just make sure you are consistently as active as you estimate.

that happens to be eggactly my TDEE. Althought I don' tthink I could stomach 40 eggs in one day.
