IMO it isn't a healthy way of losing weight. Yeah sure you should greatly moderate your sugar intake. But fruits have sugar in it. Does it mean you aren't supposed to eat them? Try something you can see yourself committing to as a lifestyle, not just temporary.

I am the exact opposite. I find myself struggling to eat healthy while trying to hit the 1200 calories goal. I just can't get hungry enough. So I stuff my face with extra cals to hit at least 900. What a dilemma D:

Nah it's not strict at all. I wear whatever I want and nobody cares. It's not like most Middle-Eastern countries. It's extremely hot though (50+ degrees in the afternoon) so it's not like you can cover up anyway :laugh:

I've had PCOS for a while now, the medication just made me gain more weight. It's been very hard trying to rid myself of it and try to lose weight at the same time. What a dilemma. The hormone fluctuations don't help my emotional status either :cry:

Having some Quinoa or Bulgur for lunch with vegetables is a great and healthy meal. It tastes great and you feel stuffed afterwards. Keeps you full and you won't feel like you're hungry for a while.
