LOL!!! The same thing happened to me when I bought a Tai Chi Tape, the music and instructor were so relaxing.

I know your pain. I feel the same way. Even when I know I have eaten to what I should feel full to, Iam hungry within an hour and that is eating fuller substance foods. I know that part of my problem is my sleep apnea/obstruction. It causes my brain to feel starved for more than just oxygen. So, I am hoping using my CPAP…

I'd like to join up too if it isn't too late. I have friends I check up on too, but no one specific. I think it would help alot.

You look fantastic!!! You are doing so great. I loved the picture of you in the short black dress and the pic of you and your son inside your shirt is so cute! You will do it, you'll see!!
-
You can add me as a friend as well. I have been doing this about two months now and am finding out so much about myself. I would love to support you in your efforts.

You look absolutely amazing. You should be so proud of yourself. Congratulations and I know you can lose the rest of the weight. You'll see.

You look absolutely great!!! Awesome picture!

I agree with the previous post, go through the clothes and keep your favorites that you really want to tit in again. It will be great motivation.

Take it slow and recover. You can do it. I felt the same way when I tore both gluteal muscles. My hips were hurting and popping all the time. I was worried I would never walk right again. But, it has been getting better and it can be better for you too!

It'sa great feeling!! I havn't lost much weight either, but my pants and shorts fit better. Good for you!!

Use stretch bands with your good leg and do upper body Calisthenics and as someone suggested upper body work, but with light weights and higher repetitions-circuit traning. That would give you more of a cardio workout until you can do a walking cast.

You look so amazing. I am so happy for you!! You're beautiful. Thank you so much for posting these. They really have helped me to see it can be done. I have forgotten what it feels like and looks like to be a healthy weight and seeing your pictures helps remind me!

The best way to make progress is to admit the very things you are saying. That you do all of these things to yourself. I "treat" myself way too often to. And my ability to exercise has been limited by my back and hips. So, I feel your pain. :frown: You can do it. You'll see. One step, one day at a time. It may sound corny,…

This was an awesome post!!! I am so glad you do it. There is so much that is true to my life too. I am looking forward to the day my family will have a consversation like that about me. How I USED to be this or that.

Just keep trying, it will. You've done great so far.

Good to have you back. I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and havn't gotten my machine yet either. I am hoping that it will help with my fatigue as well. Or at least some of it. Good luck!

You are doing great!! Your story is really inspiring. Congratulations and God Bless you. Thank you for sharing.

It's okay. It will happen. I just ate 3/4 of a can of Betty Crocker's Whipped Milk Chocolate Icing for breakfast. Total emotional eating binge. But, I know what I need to do to stop it. I have to want to. And it can be very difficult to do when food makes you happy. But, there are types of nocturnal eating disorders-you…

Welcome and good luck! I was stationed on Guam fro 2 1/2 years when I was in the Navy. Except for all the typhoons, it was a nice duty station.

Thanks for everyone's support. Hoping to keep this going this time, but kind of upset already. My hubby made dinner and he was so proud of what he made and it was completely wrong for my diet. I ate it anyway, but it blew my carbs all to heck. Still within my calories though and about to drink more water. So, just have to…

Good luck!! I am sure you can do it. If you need someone to talk with or keep motivated with just let me know. :D

Welcome and good luck!!

Welcome!! The trip you will be taking sounds wonderful. You could safely lose at least 16 lbs of that by then, but you could lose it all, but it may not be healthy. Make sure you don't diet so hard you make yourself sick and then can't enjoy the trip. Good luck though and glad to see you here.

I am glad I found this. I just started and would really like to keep the motivation going, so here it goes. I would like to lose 10 lbs by the end of the month. I am currently 230 lbs. Would like to be 220. :flowerforyou:

Thank you for all the good wishes and welcome!!

Mmmmm Chocolate can fix anything. Except losing weight. :D I think there is a section under tools that tells you how to put it on the iphone/pad. This is a great site by the way. I am really enjoying it.
