I got a brand new HRM (chest strap) w/my elliptical (a week old) and the discrepancy is that big.. I go w/what my elliptical/HRM say..even though it'd be so awesome if MFP's count was accurate..

I definitely will go at what I consider "medium" weight.. I need the ability to wipe!! It's essential! lol!

Good read.. I skimmed through a bit but wow at some of those "types" ..!

I visualize my goal and look at my choices then eat the one that will help me get toward that goal (..well the one I'd still enjoy.. not eating lima beans all day ) .. That and planning ahead as much as I can..
