How to track marinades
...so I'm about to marinade this chicken breast in soyaki sauce.. I'm not going to be consuming all of the marinade, and a good portion of it that is absorbed into the meat will 'cook out' once I put it on my Griddler.. so I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to track it? My theory on the arm things on ellipticals..

Which calories to use - From MFP or Elliptical?
The calorie total on my elliptical differs vastly from the one MFP gives me when I plug in the amount of time I exercised. Which one should I go with? (I've been using the ones on the elliptical since they're lower)
