scoop of whey, cup of non fat milk, 2 tbsp of peanut butter = ~460 calories0

2 tbsp peanut butter should do the trick!0

Wine?
Wine isn't very calorie dense. A nice big beer would be better.0 -
PB&J sandwich? Fruit Smoothie?0

If you're not hungry... don't eat.0

What about treating yourself to chocolate that should cover the calories0

minus milk & add low fat yoghurt or cottage cheese. Add banana + put in freezer for 20mins.
So good0 -
Wow..all these suggestions sound REALLY GOOD!!!! I have a halloween size tootsie roll here, a regular size butterfinger bar, plenty of peanut butter, no whey protein or anything though..gonna get that soon... and then I could always step out and get alcohol.. oh..and I'm out of almonds..but i do have a big bag of sunflower seeds... decisions decisions!!
Speaking of alcohol, do you all ever worry about the effects of alcohol on metabolism? Like slowing it down and stuff?0 -

This is obvious.
Ben n Jerry's Ice Cream - 1 cup is 580 calories.
(and please don't tell me you're "too full" for ice cream)0 -

hmm.. I do have this ice cream eclair/bar thing in the freezer... Only 210 cals on that though.. *shakes fist* I'm gonna have to stock up on "calorie filler" foods.. I'm adding pretty much everything y'all have mentioned to the list!!0 -
