Of course but the burn will be less compared to doing cardio. However strength training will rev up your metabolism for hours after so you still get a good burn :)

I would say if your such a big "animal freak" then you would not drink it at all in the first place. Its pointless to drink milk really, I have not had it in years

Maybe if its organic and non fat its ok. But if you think about it we were never meant to drink milk from other creatures. If its not organic its most likely full of hormones and antibiotics and lord knows what else. I suggest reading the book Skinny B i t c h.

Its not JUST about cals in vs cals out. Its what your putting in your body, its all fat and sugar and you really should only treat yourself to something like that maybe once every few weeks.

I think its great. I use the chocolate. Its a little strong tasting at first so I would add more water, or milk or whatever you use. I drink it after work since I go to the gym right after and t keeps me full and going strong until I can get home for supper, if not I would be starving lol. I think its def worth trying :)…

Reducing the amount of packaged food you eat can help. A lot of them have lots of added sugar. If my sugar is over but its mostly all fruit I dont worry about it.

I mix 3/4 cup of oats, a tiny tsp brown sugar. Tbsp olive oil and tsp cinnamon by hand. Then pour evenly over 2 small-medium sized apples, cut and peeled and bake until they are soft! The apples make it really sweet so you dont need to add a lot of sweetener. Sometimes I dont add any :) Makes about 2 servings :)

Who on earth said that! LOL the best way to lose fa is to build muscle. The more muscle you have the more fat and calories your body uses to maintain it. So you turn your body into a fat burning machine! I do resistance training at least 3 times a week and cardio 5-6 times and I see really good consistent results.

I know what you mean. Any of the flavored stuff is disgusting!!!! You should try buy un flavored and flavoring it when a banana and some bluberries or something like that. Thats what I do. Yum!! :)

WHat I do is have a cheat meal ONCE a week. Usually on the weekend. I eat whatever I want for one meal. That way I dont feel like I crave junk during the rest of the week really because I know I will be having my cheat meal soon :)

Good job. :) PS maybe you should workout a workout schedule. Thats what I do, so I know when to take my rest days :) I never work the same muscle groups 2 days in a row so I will either take a rest day or do some cardio :) Keep up the good work!

I would still workout. It will help with the soreness. I would not however do the same workout as you did the day before. It is important to take a rest (or cardio) day in between resistance training, Unless you are working a different muscle group then thats fine. :)

No they may only be 100 cals but they are 100 cals of fat and sugar. Your better off making your own snacks with whole grains veggies and fruits :)

However I so strongly believe in having ONE cheat meal per week. One cheat meal a week wont make you gain and it keeps you sane :) Then I just eat super clean the rest of the week :)

No. your body needs a certain amount a day, depriving yourself daily in order to eat more on the weekend is going to slow your metabolism and then when you eat more on the weekend you wont burn it all off because your body is most likely in starvation mode because its getting less than normal.

They are not good for your hair. Putting heat on wet hair will fry it. You would prob be better off with a normal one :)I LOVE the brand SEDU, Got mine from folica.com best flat iron I have ever used. :)

I dont know but its probably reaaaallly high, full fat cheese is really high in cals, plus you you have the pepperoni and bacon and the crust..sounds like a days worth to me... where is it from? Some restaurants keep nutritional info on their websites.
