Sounds like yoru pretty limited to what you can do. Have you considered swimming? Or one of those exercise classes in a pool? They are supposed to be pretty easy on your joints while still providing a good workout :)

Its not ok either way really, your body needs enough calories and nutrients to function properly, its hard enough to get enough of what your body needs in one day from 1200 cals as it is. Its just fruit I dont see why. And its high in vitamins!!! Maybe you got a headache cuz its low cal and you needed something more with it . I get headaches when I dont eat enough :)

Sounds good but splenda really isnt good for you. Aspartame is a chemical that's dangerous for our bodies. Natural sugar though not as good for losing weight is a healthier option. You should try this recipe with some Stevia, its all natural, it comes from a plant. Thanks for the recipe :)

Do you take measurments? I find I dont lose weight all the time but I will lose inches....I do a lot of resistance training so ita hard to tell how much weight im actually losing. I eat at 8 or 9 then do my workout. I eat again at dinner time 12 or 1. I have a snack at between 3 and 4. And I eat supper 6:30 7ish. I could'nt imagine eating any other way. I would starve :)

Think about the hard work it took to lose the weight. I dont care how good something tastes its not worth it. Pretty much. I rarely drink. I dont like the way I feel afterwards, I feel wore out. Im 23 so my friends drink a lot lol, so I will have some red wine once in a whillle :)

You should try Chalean Extreme. It is a Beachbody program like Insanity and P90x. I love it. I am almost finished my second month and I have lost 7 lbs and gained a lot of nice looking muscle :) You can do it with a set of 3 resistance bands so its good for travel! You should look into it :)
