But exercise releases endorphins that make you feel good. If you stick to your workouts even when you dont want to it will help get you out of that funk :) and youll feel better about yourself in the long run for doing it. Theres a good one I found in the recipe section on here. Called Tomato and basil Linguini. Something like that, I changed it around a little but it was great :)

You just DO IT lol thats all, nothings going to make you feel better you just have to wait it out. I had a week like this like a month ago, I could have quit my program but I didnt, and im glad because the results were worth it! Just keep pushing through :) Sometimes reading fitness and nutrition articles inspires me :)

Trust me, it takes A LOT of work to get big like some women do, you wont get bulky by strength training, you will get toned.

There are workouts you can do still, I wouldnt skip out because one thing hurts,, well maybe if it was my back or something. Just try to find something that wont bother your foot! :)

You should always be aware, but sounds like you take it a little extreme :) You could try planning your meals out in advance, then you will know exactly what your going to have and you dont have to worry about it all day :)

My calories go down a bit every time I lose a pound.

As long as you are done eating 3 hours before bed you should be fine. I always eat late and dont really have trouble losing weight, but thats just me, everyone is different I suppose.

Make sure you have a good filling and healthy meal before you go. And don't second guess yourself, you can do whatever you want, food does not rule you, its just food, its all in your head :) Enjoy your party :)

I find you dont really see much change in the tricep area until you slim down a lot, I have been working mine out for a while now but its such a small muscle you dont see it as easily as you can see biceps or bigger muscle, The slimmer you are all over the more definition you will be able to see all over :) I did Chalean…

Exercises that work out the chest muscles (such as chest flys and bench presses) can sometimes help the breasts to look more prominent. Its worth a try :)

Working through the soreness is a good thing, It can actually help relieve it some. I do this all the time. I have one scheduled rest day a week, every other day Im at it no matter how sore. Good luck :)

I like AB ripper X (from p90x). Thats what I started out with, its hard but if you work at it and do more each time then you will strengthen your core for sure! I think its lke 15 mins long

Why does it have to be half assed? If your going to take the time to workout then you might as well do it well. Thats what I do. :) I would do weights and I would give er, cuz im strong and I know I can even if im tired out.

I was thinking about this just last night while I was making a healthy dinner lol. The norm for me is I cook a healthy meal every night, and once in a while I will make something kinda more junky like a vegetarian lasagna or something like that... But for a lot of people I know., they do the opposite..a good healthy meal…

Also make sure your eating 100% whole grain. Refined carbs burn up way too fast leaving us hungry and eating more. I include protein in every meal, this keeps me full :)

I recommend Chalean Extreme I had great results, its a 90 day program. As for the little weight loss, with a lot of programs you usually dont notice much weight loss until your more near the middle or even the end of the program, so I would just be patient.
