I used to run 50 miles a week and how much I weighed did depend more on what and how much I ate. Of course the weight went on slower and came off faster when I ran. Adding you as a friend. God bless, Karen

I've had two c-sections and yo-yo'd in a 35 lb range for 12 years. I do planks and side planks each week to strengthen my core, I also do assisted pull-ups and I've noticed that I use my abs a lot on the last couple of reps each set. It takes time to build and strengthen muscles. Just be consistent and you'll get there.…

I have oatmeal, egg whites, pecans, flaxseed meal, cinnamon and stevia in the mornings for breakfast. I cook the oatmeal normal then then cook the egg whites then mix them together. I need the protein. God bless, Karen
