Thanks! I have realized that sometimes decreasing body fat percentage doesnt show directly in your weight. I have dropped a little over 3% in body fat but barely a pound. So wierd! I have had to cut down on my sugar intake drastically especially since I have a sweet tooth although I do eat it once in 2 weeks.

I think you could try the lightly salted Rice cakes by Quaker. Today I was craving chocolate milk, so I made one with unsweetened Almond milk with one 1tbsp of chocolate syrup.

Is he taking you out for dinner? If it is, load up on tons of veggies during the day so you get your fiber intake and then go ahead and enjoy your one day off on your birthday. Happy Birthday!

I am like you. I would give up a meal to drink Starbucks lattes. Soy stuff arent really good for your health in the long run although they have lower calories. The main focus is to make sure that the sugar in the serving size is low. This is something I do to get to latte taste, but feel less guilty. I need this every…

I second that. My trainer calls them Burpees. I can do them alone, but not when he puts them together with a high intensity workout like Crossfit. I can barely make it after the first round!

Measure your heart rate when you lie in bed. See if its between 60 bpm-100 bpm. If it is, it might be normal as you excercise at night.
