I take power walks and do Leslie Sansone work out DVDs. I find that anything more 'hard core' just generally turns me off of exercise. I enjoy walking and make sure to tackle hills to add intensity. I get about a 300-400 calorie burn per 35mins of power walking or the workout dvd while wearing my HRM.That's fine by me.

It's tough. It's really tough. At first, you'll love living on your own. Then you'll miss your family. Then you'll go back and forth between the two. At first it's hard to fall into a routine. You won't always want to clean or cook. You've got to develop a routine and stick to it. All the best on your own!!

Don't worry about it! Life is too short to be super strict all the time. It doesn't matter if you have a little weight to lose or a lot, we all deserve treats. I live in Ontario as well and have had it out with 2 really crap landlords before. If it's an essential thing like plumbing they have something like 48 hours to get to it. If not, contact the landlord and tenant board directly. Hope the situation is fixed soon!

$300-$375 per month, for a couple. I eat 1,500 per day. BF eats about 2,000-2,200 per day. BF eats meat, I try not too.

I actually just recently joined this 10-30 to lose bracket. I started off with 50lbs to be lost and only have 28lbs to go. Strangely enough, I'm finding it easier to lose weight the less I weigh.
