  • Thank you all! I really was torn about it. Gonna stick with the free version for now unless there is some new updated benefits. Thanks again!!
  • Thank you all for the advice!! Was trying to figure out what the benefits were
  • Wow girl, get it!!! Can't help with tips for something that intense but can offer motivation and support! My goals aren't nearly as intense but feel free to friend for support and I'm sure we can help each other out! Good luck on your journey!!
  • Not 10, but 3-5.. Which respectively is about the same! Any tips? Or are you also looking for advice? My issues are keeping steady workouts, the summer is a struggle!!
  • Boston!
  • Same here!! It's what summer can do
  • The right place indeed! We are all on our own personal journey and this is a great community for support! Day by day is the only way you can take it and encouragement is here!!
  • Love the roasted seaweed snacks!! Olives are a good one too!! Thank you!! As for my caloric intake, it's kind of how I've always eaten and so my doctor says that every person has different needs and if my body is functioning then my caloric intake can stay where it is, but will definitely try to balance my metrics better,…
  • Welcome!! Nice tat btw!

  • My calorie goals right now are set at 1200 a day, trying to balance out the sugar and fat ratios and getting a better overall diet as errollmaclean states. Just wasn't sure what I'm doing wrong, but I think a reevaluation is in need, thank you!!!
  • Thanks all! It's not that the food I eat I can't put salt on. I guess I'm just looking for better ways to avoid eating junk. I don't indulge all the time, I just wish I didn't have to fight the cravings for salt.
  • No for either, I just feel it's something I should do. I'm a total night owl so it's late at night that I start to want pizza and chips, I don't always indulge but would like to figure out a way to not have those cravings. I've heard that fasting for a week can really help curb those, that or doing some kind of juice fast…
  • Hey! I dropped of a bit logging but starting back up to daily again. I'm in need of some self discipline so working on the best way to do that!
  • THANK YOU FOR ASKING THIS!! I've been trying to find a good one but there are so many mixed reviews! How do you like the one you have so far?
  • Great words of encouragement! Love the positive attitude, inspiring!
  • Victoria's Secret has great new workout stuff! I highly recommend it! Plus I I think they are having a sale right now haha
  • This is very similar to myself. My heaviest was 135 and that was in the first couple years in college (go figure haha). Now I'm holding between 109-113 and ideally I'd like to be a holding 106-109 to allow for fluctuation. My real goals are losing inches though because gaining muscle can mean your weight stays the same.…
  • Thank you all again for these amazing ideas! I got so stuck on the small circuits I've been doing that I've been a bit blind to the other ideas out there. What are the best apps to get that help with training ideas and instruction? I also love the idea of the app that does the HIIT timing :)
  • What is the best way to interval train with running? Again, I'm not looking to do anything long distance
  • Thank you all so much for the ideas!! I was looking for some "cardio" ideas for in my apartment, and yes I live above people and don't want to be a jerk to my awesome neighbor ;) I currently use gliding discs for mountain climbers in high intensity interval circuits. I walk my dog a lot and I walk to and from the train for…
  • How do people get past salt cravings?
  • Thank you so much for the advice!! I'm looking to find some new circuits that I can do training at home in my apartment. Something low impact to make sure I don't push my Achilles and allow it to heal fully. I'd love some options if you have any ideas!
  • Thank you all for the feedback! I never thought of being "underweight" being the issue but I think gaining more muscle is something that I'll try. I've never been great about gaining weight properly haha so this will be different for me!
  • Genetics sure, I get that. I'm just a firm believer in being able to make changes with work. It's not just the little cellulite that I have, it's that I can't tone as much as I want to in those areas.
  • I target these areas too, I weight circuits, kettle bells, gliding discs and resistance bands. Just can't tone up as much as I want to in those areas
  • Cardio, it's the only thing. My suggestion is gliding discs. I live in an apartment so I can't do high impact cardio at home so gliding discs are the way to go. Do mountain climbers and a circuit of other gliding disc exercises (check YouTube for ideas) and belly fat will come off!
  • Go for inches and body fat, not goal weight. The whole "muscle weighs more than fat" rumor is real
  • I hate that question. I'll admit that my eating habits aren't ideal and I've spent a lot of years trying to get past my body image issues but food is always a struggle. I started with my fitness pal to try to gain a better health perspective and I think one of the things I've learned over the years is that you have to do…
  • I'm in a similar boat as you! Holding at 109-112 and trying to figure out what my next steps should be. I shouldn't lose too much more weight given my body structure so I've turned my goals into body fat percentage and inches instead of pounds. It's a better judge of fitness when you get to weights like ours. Advice on…
