Recovery time?

Salt cravings ugh!!
Ok so I'll say that I don't need to lose 20 pounds and I know everyone wants to "tone up" like I do. However, the struggle is real! I'm really trying to eat better and my daily caloric intake is pretty low, but that is typical for me. What I can't get past is my salt cravings! Any advice or ideas? Thank you!!

Boston running routes for starters?
Hi all! I'm so not a runner but I really would like to start! I live in the city so looking for anyone who knows the best place to start running (slowly haha) that I won't have to dodge traffic or annoy anyone who is more experienced (aka running club routes... I'm not a runner.. Cardio ideas?
I'll admit, I know running is great cardio, and cycling.. I dislike both. I've previously done kickboxing and martial arts for cardio but am looking for good cardio ideas for apartment living. Also trying to get into at least interval running, otherwise I get too bored! Thanks all for the help :)

Fell off for 3 weeks :( motivation needed
I was doing really well for about 3 months. I had an Achilles injury and had to rest for a couple weeks. Now I can't get the same motivation back and to be honest it's a bit depressing and I'm frustrated. Any ideas of how to push past the wall and get moving?

Gotta ask.. Cellulite, why is it so hard to get rid of?!
I'm 5'5" and 109lbs, I work out 5 days a week for about 25-60 minutes each and have been for the past 3 months and I cannot figure out why I still have a little cellulite around my thighs and hip/butt area

Caloric intake- how much is really needed?
I've read that for someone at my age, height, current weight and activity level, I need 1700 calories per day for my body to run. What I don't understand is how that works because I consume less than that most days and if losing weight is about working off more calories than you take in, then what is the real equation?…
