I will reach my goal and lose the last 35 pounds and work on getting my body fat % down to where I want it this coming year. I am looking forward to being in maitnance mode and sculpting my body! Good luck to everyone on reaching their goals!

you can get a bunch of different workout routines out of any book. the biggest loser books all have workouts outlined in the back, that is where I first got mine. but I am sure you can google it too. Are you going to a gym? lots of strength training there! Do you have on demand on your cable? TONS of workouts there too for…

thank you so much, yes I do have a long time to prepare for it, I guess I am just not sure how to start, what to say, I am going to start writting things down that I want to say. But I am just not sure how much to say... My husband said " you will be great, you LOVE talking about yourself!" lol

the only calories I count are the ones that I burn at the gym , or actually exercising. If I burn extra calories any other time ( like shopping, Cleaning, ect) those are just extra. In my head anyway...

LOL thank you. I have been growing it for two years! its crazy how long it takes to grow. I have never been able to grow out my bangs, I always get fed up and cut them. Thank you all! Off to dinner with co-workers! I spent almost 3 hours at the gym this am so I could eat tonight! lol

I actually took a few weeks prior to starting my weight loss, reading Jillian Michaels Book " winning by losing" and really thinking about it. It was a huge huge thing for me to get my head in the right place. To know that I was doing this for me, and nobody else, To do it cause I didnt want to turn 40 120 pounds…

well I am really really broke, But I broke down and hired one of the trainers that the gym that I HAND PICKED, to train me once a month. Which doesnt sound like a lot, But I get alot from him when we are not training, He answers all my nutrition questions and my weight lifting and cardio . Tells me what to do what day…

I didnt eat carbs after 4:30 !! My new goal to not eat them later in the day, My trainer AND Erinn Egbert from the biggest loser told me not to eat them at night. So I am going to try. I feel like I have to do something different every few weeks or my body slows down in weigh loss. I am so DARN close to my goal, I refuse…
