here are mine. Good day ! :) otals calories1,423 carbs119 fat52 protein140 sugar33 fiber.38 worked out for 95 minutes... 35 mins cardio and 60 mins teaching. the class had no energy tonight, it kind of sucked... spring break has sucked the life out of people! lol

Daily totals for Tuesday 4-3
here are mine : Totals calories1,367 carbs121 fat41 protein 164 sugar29 ( darn mini cliff bar! 8 grams of sugar in those little buggers!) fiber 38 I worked out for a total of 1 hour 16 minutes.. Totals calories: 1,172 carbs: 97 fat: 35 protein:155 sugar:20 fiber: 34 I am pretty sure I broke my toe, I cant even get my gym shoe ON it, let alone exercise, so I kept the calories lower than normal, it threw me off not working out.... lots of chicken today, ! how did you guys do?
