I started a 100 day challenge. It is just to better yourself, nothing crazy, but what can you do to better your health in 100 days? my goal is to be back at my goal weight, its only a few pounds, but considering I am on a cardio block due to injury its going to come from diet. What is your goal? stop drinking soda? do push ups? run a mile without stopping? whatever your goal, declare it, and work towards it!
