Day 10

or whatever day you're counting. Got the lights out at midnight last night. Bit tough since I started a new book and it's very good. Didn't sleep well either. So thank goodness I got the lights out before 3AM! How was your day yesterday? Tami - where are you? Jeanne

Which, um, was yesterday. Made it to bed on time - got the lights out 9 minutes after midnight. Feeling good this morning.
my goal
is to lower my weight by 7 pounds in the next 100 days. This may be no biggie to most, but I am on a no cardio life right now, due to injuries. Ok, so yesterday was Day 4 but we can't exactly report on today yet, can we? Anyway, I made it to lights out just under the wire last night. I have to admit, if if weren't for this challenge, I'd have been up another two hours. Jeanne
