Reporting in?

This is my first group so I'm not sure about how we're supposed to use it. But, so far, I can say that thinking about my goal commitment to this group has put me into bed every night before midnight.

I know that getting a good night's sleep is critical to stabilizing my moods and feeling good is critical to keeping me on track. I'm sort of at goal now and I've recently had a big success - finished a Triathalon! I want the success to just be for fun and not an endpoint that marks a shift back to old habits.

I followed Tami for almost as long as I've been on MFP. I've learned a lot from you, Tami, and now you're showing us all how to deal with the curve balls that life throws at us. An injury is so often what people describe as the start of gaining back their weight loss. You are not going to let that happen and you're going to show us all how to prevent it. You are the best!
