this is from my Grouphealth magazine article. it ran in the NWHealth summer 2011 edition ( not available online yet, but as soon as I it , I will post it) So here ya go for now 
I was so happy to see it, and read it, I got teary eyed as I read it, super proud of myself, and humble at the same time. Just so awesome to look at this, and know it is ME.... hard to explain.
