Easter break was crazy busy, so I didn't do much other than log on and log my food and exercise. I hadn't been seeing your topics show up for daily totals. I always had the intention of coming back to check in, but something else always got in the way. Staying at 25 has been hard, I'm not going to lie, but I'm very proud of myself having nothing to drink. I used to have a glass of wine every night before bed and I haven't had alcohol at all. I've had a couple pieces of chocolate for Easter, but really I've done a very good job at staying away from crap. I have had a couple slips. I had a friend bring me some to die for bread her and her son made for Easter and it's oh so amazing!! I haven't been over 40 grams of sugar, but I haven't done great at staying under 25. I'm way more conscience though of what is going in my mouth, and if I don't lose a single pound, that's a win for me! Hope you have all been doing well. I've kept up with my exercise daily as well so I'm not perfect, but I'm trying hard!!!0

I have been doing OK... enjoyed alittle wine and a couple small chocolate eggs over easter. Heading out of town for work tomorrow so that means danger in the wine dept...exercise I am all over that everyday! I was also down a pound this morning.
I think I will have to bow out of the challenge. But I am still being mindful of the sugar, I can't seem to stay 100% off the wine....I have come so far in the last 8 months going from drinking wine every night to now 1-2 times a week. I feel alittle like a failure...which is alittle harsh, for not finishing.
I wanted to let you know instead of just not posting any more.
Good Luck!!! You guys are doing GREAT!!! I gotta go hit the gym now

Haven't had a drink at all, and have been exerciseing everyday, No matter what. It was alot harder at first, but after the 1st weeks it's gotten at lot easier. I just don't buy or bring home anything candy like to have. I even filled my kids Easter baskets with pool toys instead of candy...And they loved them. I feel so much better than I did just days ago0
