I would have to say no. Don't do it. For the main reason once you start eating again you could put it back on. And really you aren't learning how to eat and deal with everyday situtations by drinking most of your calories. Just my 2 cents. Ps. agree with above poster, it really depends on the instructor, and you are in control of your own resistance , meaning, you are in control of your own workout, and how much you get out of it.
