The health care worker in me wants to also say make sure you stop and walk around!! You wouldn't believe the people I see who take long drives no stopping and get blood cots. Snack wise, I would say pack a mini cooler for sure. Some ideas- Cheese and crackers, apples, peanut butter packs (u can get natural ones at most…

I am gluten free so somewhat limited, but personally I like Quest bars and Think Thin bars. Decent amount of protein, tastes good, lower sugar.

I decided to say no to soda and see how it goes... and that was around the end of May and to be honest I have only had one since then! I really found that after I made it through a few weeks without it I didn't miss it!! Good luck :)

^^ same for me. I don't eat all of them anymore, it really just wasn't working for me and the scale. I usually eat about half back.

I felt the food depression for a while... honestly 6mo-1yr I was on and off the GF train. I finally decided it wasn't worth being sick and ditched the gluten food. I have been 100% gluten free for over a year and I can say not only do I feel much better but I don't miss the old food. Once I really linked that food to my…

I work in a Women's Diagnostic Center as a ultrasound tech and we do breast biopsies and breast ultrasounds frequently. Fibroadenomas are more common in younger women and most almost always benign. They usually call this fibrocystic breast disease which sounds scary but is just a breast tissue variant. A breast biopsy for…

I get them on my legs but they are hard to see unless you look close. Doctor said it's where melanin (part of your skin that turns color when you tan) doesn't produce anymore. So in those spots I just don't tan anymore. But frequently it is from a fungus. I would see a doc about it, and they can provide a cream that can…

My range usually falls in the same as your numbers. Almost always under 1000mg. My blood pressure is normal and kidney function etc are all normal. I know I am not really 'credible' info but if your BP remains stable and within the normal range, and you still get potassium, magnesium, etc etc I am sure it's ok to be on the…

There are many types of gluten free flour so kinda strange this recipe didn't indicate a mixture to choose from? If you want a good basic blend I reccomend Bob's Red Mill All Purpose GF Flour. Contains garbanzo flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, sorghum flour, and fava flour. With baking one type of GF flour doesn't…

Thanks for the info what makes the other two better? [/quote] Barkan and Moksha methods have more variety of poses, and many classes start the same and do have similar flows they also add in ab work and each class is a bit different. Bikram has the same 26 postures and I started to get sick of it. Also every Bikram studio…

Anyone can learn to love the heat, you just have to give yourself time to get used to it. My first few times I layed down for prob 15min out of the 90min class. You will feel dizzy, etc and its best to just take a break then get back into it when your heart rate has slowed. After a few classes you will be participating…

I was under calories 5 days in a row... and it notified my friends I was under calories and to remind me! So my friend did just that lol. I don't see it as a huge problem, sometimes I am under only 50 or 100. If I am full I'm full... not making myself eat something just because it gives me a warning. I'm sure its not good…

I have used a product by Bliss which is sold at Sephora among other places. It is called Fat Girl Slim (hate the name LOL) and comes in a night formula and day one. Honesly when I used it as reccomended I did notice a big difference. The thing is, you need to keep using it to keep the results. It smooths out the backside,…
