At 20 lbs down - I hadn't heard anything. At almost 30 down, I have had a few people comment. And I agree that it is taboo. The more you lose, the more people will comment. While I'm losing for myself, the feedback is always validating. Congrats on the weightloss and keep it up!

Are there any restrictions or guidelines for what foods to eat, caloric intake, etc?
